BbC is a micro-agency with a purpose-built culture. This means that the way we operate and work with each other on projects is not akin to your traditional "agency" environment (and that’s on purpose).

Like many modern-day agencies and collectives we hire for both one-off projects and ongoing support. Here's what our setup looks like:
👩🏼💻 Freelance - With stable monthly income
Right now we only hire freelancers who are self-employed to work with us. However, many of our freelancers work with us on a regular basis (for example we might secure two days per week of their time) and have regular responsibilities.
This gives the benefit of stable monthly income (we pay all invoices within 48 hours) and a chance to learn from our expert team, as well as the freedom to work on your own clients or projects.
🛋 Remote - With occasional work together days
BbC is a fully remote agency which means you can work from home, or wherever you like! We do offer monthly "work together" days which are usually focused on training, brainstorming or retrospective reviews. These happen in co-working spaces within London and are optional if you aren't nearby or would rather not attend.
⚒️ Tools & training - Slack, Gmail, Google Drive & Trello
We use Slack for synchronous and quick communication, Gmail for briefs and detailed communication and Google Drive/Trello for project production and tracking. We pay and provide access to all systems you'll need to do your job properly.
